 What is Trello?
Trello is a handy tool that helps you and your team stay organized. It uses boards to show what tasks are being worked on, who is doing them, and their progress. Think of it like a digital whiteboard with sticky notes, where each note is a task for your team. Trello is useful for managing large or small teams for any type of job be it games developer  or office worker ect.

How can Trello help a Games Dev team?

Trello can help a games dev team as much as any other job team that might be using it as trello allows the team leader to organise their teams workflow more efficiently and see what their team is up to. The other members of the team will also benefit lots as they can see what their fellow colleagues are doing and if anyone is falling behind on their workload. There are certain instances where for one person to complete their work they need another member of their team to complete their work and they can clearly see who that person that needs to complete a piece of work is, which allows them to talk to then and work together better. Since this makes the teams communication much better the project manager doesn't have to worry about that as much.

How did my team use it? (Good/Bad)

My team used trello only for the first half of the development stage before it went down hill, but how we used it was by first making labels for each individual role and then putting our labels on what we needed to do and so could others. For my team it was bad as we didn't really use it and didn't want to in the end of things it was too much for us when we could just talk about all that was needed to be added. For our team it wasn't as helpful for us but we can see how in other teams this application could be useful as its very effective in organizing workflow.

How would I use Trello for future applications?

For future applications I would use trello to manage a team to organise the workflow and make the work more efficient for my team. Trello can also be used in many different professions making it very versatile and can be used in many different ways to managing team, just managing yourself or for managing a whole studio. Ill be using this for my own indie games i make with fellow classmates or my own indie games development team.
